Printed by Joseph-Charles, Paris) - - Virtuoso cellist and movie star, Lucienne Radisse enjoyed hours of glory mainly during the first half of 20th century: Pablo Casals said of her that “we never know what is the greatest pleasure, to hear her transform her instrument into an almost celestial lyre, or simply to look at her, anyway, we are charmed by the incomparable artist as well as by the gracious woman, so the joy is total.”
